2” Thick Merv 8 Air Filter standard
High Static EC evaporators (HS-EC) come standard with an energy-efficient motor that is Title 24 compliant and are the perfect units for remote systems. The HS-EC is available in a wide variety of capacities and can be ducted up to 25 feet away. These units are designed to control temperature and humidity for a range of specialty products.
Suitable for R-513A
High Static Classic (HS CL w/ EC) is our original HS evaporator but now comes standard with an energy-efficient motor that is Title 24 and D.O.E. compliant. HS evaporators are the perfect units for remote systems and are available in a wide variety of capacities. The HS can be ducted up to 25 feet away and is designed to control temperature and humidity for a range of specialty products.
Vertical Airflow, Mechanical Closets
RC’s Energy Efficient Vertical Air Handler (VAH-EC) Evaporators are powerful, low-noise units in small insulated cabinets that supply refrigerated, humidity-controlled air without the inconvenience or noise of an in-room evaporator. VAH-EC units are designed for small to medium-sized rooms and feature a rear air return with a top outlet. They are available in capacities from 2,023 to 27,967 BTU and can be used with R-22, R134a, R404a, or other refrigerants, with chilled water models available by special order.
Suitable for R-513A
Rack Mount Ducted Evaporator EC (RMD-EC) has the same functions as an RM but is now designed to be ducted, with a short duct run of about 5–8 feet. It can also be installed on the exterior of the room, and you can add an optional secondary drain pan for extra security. It comes standard with an energy-efficient motor that is DOE compliant and made for small to medium-size rooms, making it ideal for small crawl spaces. It offers .1 inches of static with a potentiometer to control CFM, and is designed to control temperature and humidity for a variety of specialty products.
