Air Defrost
The Air Defrost unit features a low-profile, ceiling-flush design built from heavy-gauge textured aluminum for durability and rust resistance. It includes molded fan guards and fan blades, an easy-to-remove drain pan for simplified maintenance, and is available in both 115 VAC and 230 VAC models. Custom coil coatings are offered, with OEM and stainless steel housing options available to meet specialized application requirements.
Air Defrost 1,463 to 6,946 BTUH Capacity
LRC’s Quiet Low Profile Unit Coolers are powerful, whisper-quiet units in a slim, low-profile cabinet. LPA-Q coolers are designed for home or commercial walk-in wine rooms or other acoustically sensitive areas. LPA-Q’s efficient, low RPM motors and ultra-quiet fan blades reduce noise by 32 dB over a standard commercial unit. An added benefit is the ultra-efficient motor generates significantly less heat than a standard motor, reducing the cooling load in the room by up to 50% compared to conventional units.
Electric Defrost
This low-profile unit is constructed from heavy-gauge textured aluminum for durability and rust resistance, with a ceiling-flush mounting design and an easy-to-remove drain pan for simplified maintenance. It features molded fan guards and fan blades, is available in 115 or 230 VAC models, and offers custom coil coatings with OEM and stainless steel housing options. Electric defrost models include heaters with built-in fan delay, and hot gas defrost configurations are also available—consult the factory for details.

Very Low Velocity Unit Cooler
LRC's Mini Mullion (MM) Unit Coolers are powerful, efficient cooling systems in a small, unobtrusive cabinet. MM coolers are designed for under-counter drawer type refrigerators, salad bars, reach in beverage containers, or any area where space is at a premium. MM units can be ordered with ambient air defrost (MMA), or units can be manufactured with electric heaters (MME) for areas requiring defrost assistance. All of LRC's MM units are designed with staggered coils for maximum air flow efficiency.
Medium Velocity Unit Cooler
LRC’s Medium Profile (“MP”) Unit Coolers are powerful cooling/freezing systems in a compact package, a smart choice for mid-size walk-in installations. “MP” coolers/freezers are designed for -30°F to 55°F applications, and range in capacity from 12,315 to 41,831 BTUH’s. With a wide variety of “MP” models available and integrated air, electric, or hot gas defrost systems, LRC’s “MP” units are the right choice for medium sized rooms that require maximum cooling.
High Velocity Unit Cooler
Manufactured for large walk-in coolers, freezers, or blast freezers, LRC’s Power Cooler (“PC”) Unit Coolers are designed for applications below 30ºF and for rooms requiring medium to high temperatures. LRC has over 100 “PC” units, ranging in capacity from 8,884 BTUH to 162,367 BTUH, and can be used with R-22, R-404A, R407, R410, R-502, R-507, or other refrigerants. Available in air, hot gas, or electric defrost models, LRC’s “PC” units are the right choice for heavy duty cooling projects.
Low Velocity Unit Cooler
Designed for florist boxes, meat cutting, packaging and holding rooms, and produce storage areas, LRC’s Quiet Air (“Q”) Unit Coolers provide quiet two-way airflow and low air velocity. Efficient and dependable, LRC’s “Q” units have capacities ranging from 5,020 BTUH to 26,000 BTUH and can be used with R-22, R-134A, R-404A, or R-410A refrigerants. LRC’s “Q” units are simple to install, easy to maintain, and will provide years of reliable service.
Medium Velocity Unit Cooler
LRC’s Slim Line (SL) Units are powerful systems in a compact package, making them an excellent solution for small room installations. SL Units are designed for -30ºF to 55ºF applications and range in capacity from 4,230 to 40,304 BTUH. With over 125 models available and integrated air, electric, or hot gas defrost systems, SL Units are the right choice for small rooms that require maximum cooling.
Walk-In Cooler
Featuring an efficient, easy-to-service low-profile design, these dependable units are built for high and medium temperature applications with capacities ranging from 4,200 BTUH to 36,720 BTUH. The higher capacity in a more compact size is achieved through a creative engineering design, making this an all-purpose evaporator ideal for walk-in coolers, beverage boxes, produce storage, meat storage and cutting rooms, and many other applications.

SLP coolers are designed for medium-sized reach-in coolers, back-bars, beverage coolers, or any room where space is at a premium. SLP units can be ordered with ambient air defrost, or manufactured with electric heaters for rooms requiring defrost assistance. All of LRC’s SLP units are designed with staggered coils for maximum airflow efficiency.
High Velocity Unit Cooler
Manufactured for large walk-in coolers, freezers, or blast freezers, LRC’s Super Power Cooler (“SPC”) Unit Coolers are designed for applications below 30°F, or for rooms requiring medium to high temperatures. LRC has many “SPC” units, ranging in capacity from 16,958 BTUH to 289,460 BTUH, and can be used with R-22, R-404A, R407, R410, R-502, R-507, or other refrigerants. Available in air, hot gas, or electric defrost models, LRC’s “SPC” units are the right choice for large scale cooler/freezer projects.
25 to 100 Ton Capacity
LRC’s Vertical Air Cooled Condensers (VC) are rugged, dependable units designed to provide years of reliable service. Each unit is manufactured to deliver maximum heat transfer efficiency with minimum energy requirements. Available in 25 to 100-ton capacities, LRC’s remote, belt driven Vertical Air Cooled Condensers are designed to meet almost any project requirements, and are thoroughly tested to guarantee reliable performance. LRC’s experienced team of Application Engineers can design a single Air Cooled Condenser unit or OEM models to meet your specific needs.
35 to 4,000 SCFM Capacity
LRC’s Air Compressor Aftercoolers (WHC – horizontal units; WVC – vertical units) are designed to cool and dry compressed air using ambient air. Available in either belt-drive or direct-drive fan configurations, LRC’s WHC/WVC Aftercoolers are manufactured for years of dependable service and provide maximum heat transfer efficiency. With capacities ranging from 35 to 4,000 SCFM, these aftercoolers precool hot compressed air to an efficient temperature prior to use in an air dryer. WHC/WVC Aftercoolers also remove harmful oil, water, and other contaminants to keep compressor systems running at peak efficiency.
Selections are based on 105°F condensing temperatures, 100°F liquid entering the valve, and the various suction temperatures shown for each evaporator.
