RM-EC Series

Suitable for R-513A

Rack Mount Evaporator EC (RM-EC) comes standard with an energy-efficient motor that is Title 24 compliant and is made for small to medium-size rooms. It is designed to fit perfectly flush with a standard bottle rack system. The RM-EC is made with multiple access panels to customize the position of the air exhaust and intake. The RM-EC comes with a potentiometer to control CFM and is made to control temperature and humidity for a variety of specialty products.

CE-Q Unit Coolers

Quiet, Low Velocity Cooler

LRC's Cabinet Evaporator (CE) Unit Coolers are powerful, efficient, low-noise cooling systems in a slim, low-profile cabinet. CE coolers are designed for medium-sized wine display cabinets and other areas where controlled humidity and low noise are required. Efficient and dependable, LRC’s CE units have capacities ranging from 2,868 BTUH to 12,928 BTUH using R-22, R-134A, R-404A, or other refrigerants, and 1,883 BTUH to 9,991 BTUH using chilled water and/or glycol. All of LRC's CE units are designed with staggered coils for maximum airflow efficiency, are simple to install, easy to maintain, and provide years of reliable service.

CTE-EC Unit Coolers

Quiet, Wine Cabinet Evaporator

LRC’s Cabinet Top External (CTE) Evaporators are compact units designed for medium to large humidity-controlled spaces such as wine cabinets or walls, fur cabinets, and tobacco humidors. CTE units can be installed horizontally or vertically outside the cabinet to maximize storage capacity. They are available in capacities from 2,513 to 5,091 BTU/hour and can be used with R22, R134a, or R404a refrigerants, with chilled water models available by special order.

LPA-Q Unit Coolers

Quiet, Low Velocity Cooler

LRC’s Low Profile (LPA-Q) Quiet Unit Coolers are powerful, whisper-quiet units in a slim, low-profile cabinet. LPA-Q coolers are designed for home or commercial walk-in tobacco, wine, or fur storage rooms, or other acoustically sensitive areas. Their efficient low-RPM motors and ultra-quiet fan blades reduce noise compared to standard commercial units, and the ultra-efficient motors generate significantly less heat than standard motors, reducing the cooling load in the room by up to 50% over conventional units.

SLPA-Q Unit Coolers

Quiet, Low Velocity Cooler

LRC's Super Low Profile (SLPA-Q) Unit Coolers are powerful, efficient, low-noise cooling systems in a slim, low-profile cabinet. SLPA-Q coolers are designed for medium-sized wine rooms and other areas where controlled humidity and low noise are required. Efficient and dependable, LRC’s SLPA-Q units have capacities ranging from 7,690 BTUH to 22,906 BTUH and can be used with R-22, R-134a, or R-404a refrigerants. All SLPA-Q units are designed with staggered coils for maximum airflow efficiency, are simple to install, easy to maintain, and provide years of reliable service.

Q-WINE Unit Coolers

Quiet, Low Velocity Wine Unit Cooler

LRC’s Quiet Wine (“Q-W”) Unit Coolers provide quiet, two-way, low-velocity airflow, supplying refrigerated and humidity-controlled air to medium and high-temperature spaces, making them an ideal choice for medium to large wine rooms. Efficient and dependable, LRC’s Q Wine Units have capacities ranging from 7,507 BTUH to 35,972 BTUH and can be used with R-22, R-134a, or R-404a refrigerants. Each Q Wine Unit features variable-speed fan motors that adjust overall airflow while maintaining proper room humidity.

DQ Unit Coolers

Quiet, Low Velocity Cooler

Providing two-way medium-velocity airflow, LRC’s Double Ended Quiet (DQ) Evaporator Units are designed for home or commercial walk-in wine, tobacco, or fur storage rooms, or other acoustically sensitive areas. DQ units feature efficient, low RPM motors and ultra-quiet fan blades that reduce noise compared to standard commercial units. Their ultra-efficient motors also reduce heat gain, lowering room cooling needs by up to 50% over conventional units. Capacities range from 3,233 BTUH to 6,767 BTUH.

BK Series

Suitable for R-513A

The BK17-40 is designed for small to medium rooms and is made for either new builds or for replacing models from other brands with the same footprint. The BK17-40 comes standard with an energy-efficient motor that is Title 24 compliant, and is made to control temperature and humidity.

CTIH Evaporators

Quiet, Wine Cabinet Evaporator

LRC’s Cabinet Top Internal Horizontal (CTIH) Evaporators are small units designed for medium to large humidity-controlled spaces such as wine cabinets and walls, fur cabinets, and tobacco humidors. CTIH units are installed horizontally near the top of a cabinet and feature a 6-inch profile to minimize unit space and maximize storage capacity. They are available in capacities from 1,537 to 5,107 BTU/hour and can be used with R22, R134a, or R404a refrigerants, with chilled water models available by special order.

Gravity Coils Cooling Units

1,308 to 5,245 BTUH Capacity

LRC's Gravity Coils (GC) are energy-saving cooling units designed for applications that require silent cooling. GC units provide low-velocity convective cooling for wine rooms, humidors, and fur storage where maintaining temperature and humidity is essential. LRC offers five Gravity Coil units designed to meet the convective cooling requirements for most standard-size rooms, and custom coils can be designed for unique room requirements. GC units are available in capacities from 1,308 to 5,245 BTU/hour and can be used with R22, R134a, or R404a refrigerants, with chilled water models available by special order. SLA Cooling Units

Quiet, Low Velocity Cooler

LRC’s Slim Line Air Defrost (SLA-Q) Units are powerful, low-noise cooling systems in a compact package. SLA-Q units range in capacity from 4,068 to 24,576 BTUH and are available in single to six-fan configurations, making them an excellent choice for wine rooms or other areas where controlled humidity and reduced noise are essential.

VAH-EC Cooling Units

Vertical Airflow, Mechanical Closets

RC’s Energy Efficient Vertical Air Handler (VAH-EC) Evaporators are powerful, low-noise units in small insulated cabinets that supply refrigerated, humidity-controlled air without the inconvenience or noise of an in-room evaporator. VAH-EC units are designed for small to medium-sized rooms and feature a rear air return with a top outlet. They are available in capacities from 2,023 to 27,967 BTU and can be used with R-22, R134a, R404a, or other refrigerants, with chilled water models available by special order.

VRM-EC Cooling Units

Small to Medium Wine Rooms

Energy Efficient Vertical Rack Mount (VRM-EC) Evaporators are designed for installation in a corner of a wine room to unobtrusively provide quiet cooling. VRM evaporators supply refrigerated and humidity-controlled air to medium and high-temperature spaces, making them ideal for small to medium-sized wine rooms. VRM-EC evaporator units are available in capacities from 2,572 to 6,629 BTU per hour and can be used with R-22, R134a, R404a, or other refrigerants, with chilled water models also available.
